Kids Yoga

Through a fun and interactive atmosphere, the children, ages 5 to 10, are taught basic yoga postures.  With guidance from their yoga teacher, they are encouraged to use their imagination as they move their bodies from shape to shape and develop a keen sense of body awareness, flexibility, strength, stamina, agility, balance and coordination.  These classes promote mental and physical health, concentration and self-discipline.  The children learn tools to foster their natural inner strength that supports a lifelong positive attitude as well as providing skills they can draw upon for use in life.
