Olivia is a newly Registered Practical Nurse who has been practicing yoga since 2013. Struggling with her desire for perfection, initially she tried to master every pose, stretching herself beyond her limits. By letting go of her ego, meditating and hitting the mat regularly, she soon realized that her yoga practice would help her to grow physically, mentally and foster greater personal insight. This personal growth came from challenging her comfort zone and self-awareness.
