When Sarah entered her relationship with the Moksha series she was unaware, like many, of the life changing impact that mindful breath coupled with mindful movement would have on her life. Sarah spent her youth struggling to find a sense of ease in both body and mind. When she started to practice yoga it was as if she had found a way to heal her spirit.
The Moksha series is so close to Sarah’s heart. Moving through these poses has helped her to feel so free and being able to then teach the series to others has brought her so much joy. Sarah became a teacher with the intention to create that joyful and healing space for others.
