La La Laughter Yoga

La La Laughter Yoga! is a series of prolonged voluntary laughter exercises that work simultaneously on both body and mind, and target three key areas at once by reducing physical, mental and emotional stress. It also provides instant, long-lasting results and is a GREAT FAMILY ACTIVITY.

It is particularly beneficial at this time of year for those of you suffering from Seasonal Affective Disorder, depression, fatigue, dis-ease and stress.  Let’s join forces to remind our mind, body and spirit how to PLAY!

Cost: $10 per person and Absolutely ALL ages are welcome
